Yoga Class Schedule
My intention with my Meditative Yoga classes is to create and hold a space for people to go deep in their practice, without necessarily going physically deep into poses. The primary goal in this practice is to quiet the mind, to experience the body and breath moment by moment, and to allow the light that is our true energetic source to shine and inspire our being.
